Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page is a plain-language summary. The full, legally binding terms live in our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms or your signed service agreement, those documents control.

The short version

  • Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice — no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice — 50% of the treatment price.
  • After our technician arrives but before work starts — 75%.
  • After work has started — full price (work performed is not refundable).
  • On active recurring plans, we re-treat covered pests between visits at no extra charge.
  • If we miss your appointment window without notice, you can reschedule with a 10% discount or get a full refund for that visit.

Cancelling a one-time service

You can cancel or reschedule a booked one-time treatment at any time by contacting us through your account or our contact page. Cancellation fees follow the schedule above, which exists to cover the time we've held in our schedule for your job and any travel and prep already underway.

Cancelling a recurring plan

You can cancel a quarterly or yearly plan at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and we don't prorate partial periods unless required by law. Treatments already completed during that cycle are not refunded.

Re-treatment guarantee

If covered pests come back between scheduled visits while your plan is active, we'll come back and re-treat at no extra charge. Re-treatment doesn't apply to pests outside the scope of your plan, structural issues, or conditions we've recommended you correct that haven't been addressed.

If we have to reschedule

We do our best to keep every appointment, but rare things happen — technician illness, vehicle issues, severe weather, or a previous job running long. When that happens we'll call or text the number on file to set a new time. If we fail to show up and fail to contact you before the end of your appointment window, you can choose either a 10% discount on that visit or a full refund of any prepaid fees for that visit.

When refunds are not available

We can't refund treatments that have already been performed, costs incurred for missed appointments where we were not given timely notice, or visits we had to stop for safety reasons (for example, undisclosed conditions on site or tampered monitoring devices). Pest control results depend on factors outside our control, including environmental conditions, structural issues, neighboring properties, and customer cooperation, so an unfavorable outcome by itself is not grounds for a refund — but we will use our re-treatment guarantee to make it right.

How to request a refund or cancel

The fastest way is to message us through our contact page or manage your bookings from your account. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
