Nest Pest Control respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.
Filing a Notice of Infringement
If you believe that material available on our website or via our services (including pest photos uploaded by customers) infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes substantially all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent that includes the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your contact information, the material at issue and its location before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
